Thank you Paul. My thoughts as well. Just wanted to be sure. I'm sticking to text-book examples from now on, even if it requires me to spend a few extra $$.

I like S.H.u.Co. badges. They did a good job with alloy base metals. This example retains much of it's finish.

I grabbed this one to replace the questionable destroyer I had. Another collector who's confident decided to take the old one off my hands. For a casual badge collector like myself, who doesn't intend to own many badges, decent, accepted examples are clearly the way to go.

Agree always better to wait a few weeks save a bit more coins and buy the better piece you sleep allot better.
