Just got this badge the other day. Has almost 100% of the original silver finish remaining. This is a heavy badge. Could I get some opinions on it? SSman

From what I see it appears to be a good badge, Rod. G.B.42 is one of the more sought after marks. Gustav Brehmer. Zinc base metal so most are in poor condition. Many GAB's by this maker are unmarked examples.
Very nice find.

Thanks Joe. The story is the guys Uncle brought this back and was stored in a box until his death in 1982. The guy I got it from said he kept it in a safe deposit box since 1982! Rod
