Hello Erick
This one had me a bit confused...I have never seen a reverse cut out shape on a IAB before (see red circle).
The reverse also shows what I think is cast pitting (see green circle) which also points to the badge being a cast fake.
With these issues IMO I would not want this badge in my collection.

Fischer,Thanks for your opinion,I appreciate it!Here is a better pic of the back just the lighting makes it look rough,bottom catch is wrong?Its not made of lead or anything soft seems to be made of pot metal or zinc its not bendable.

The reverse pics are much better and you are right it was the lighting. The hinge and catch are good along with the pin.
This badge is an original unknown maker and is referred to as a Broken Stem IAB. Material is zinc.
